• 12 hour rental period
• 2 Hour rehearsal rental (Monday-Thursday)
• 100 Metal folding chairs for reception (you choose from black or white)
• 100 Metal folding chairs for ceremony (you choose from black or white and location on property)
• 12 60" round or 8' rectangle tables
• 1 40x60 tent (comes with walls if needed)
• Bridal & Groom suites with private court yards to get ready in. 
• Venue Concierge (for as little or as much help as you need)
• Onsite parking
• $200 Discount for booking Sundays
